Greetings Emma and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! In just a few weeks you will be making unforgettable memories at the most magical place on earth!
Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the summer means having fun at the water parks, cooling off at your Disney Resort hotel pool, enjoying attractions like Splash Mountain and Kali River Rapids, and even getting caught in the middle of a little summer afternoon rain.
I am happy to share with you that towels are provided by the pool at
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter at no extra charge. Towels are available for rent at
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, and you can always bring a poncho to protect yourself from the rain or from getting wet while riding certain attractions. I have already taken towels from my room along with me while touring the parks, but I found this to be inconvenient as they ended up taking a lot of space in our bags. On our last visit I brought a couple of old hand towels from home, and I simply discarded them at the end of our vacation. If you decide to take the towels from your Guest room, you can return them back to your room and housekeeping will replace them. In addition, you are welcome to request extra towels by calling housekeeping using the in-room telephone.
Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Emma! I hope this helps you while planning!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
