Staying at Port Orleans FQ in Nov. Going with 9 yr old son with some issues. What is the best building to request. Would liek to be by pool and/or food court so we can get there quick from the room. Thank you.

    Hi Terry!

I stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter in March of 2010 and I absolutely loved it! My observations were that Port Orleans French Quarter was a compact, quiet, not crowded Resort with great rooms, an awesome pool with a waterslide, a playground, and a great food court. All of the buildings in French Quarter were very close to the main lobby which houses the food court, gift shop, and the Disney bus stop.  Building number 3 and 4 are closest to the Lobby and Building number 2 and 5 are closest to the amazing pool.  All the buildings are pretty close to the pool and lobby because Port Orleans French Quarter is so compact.

I hope that you and your family make some memories that last forever on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
