Will be staying at Port Orleans FQ in Jan. Booked a Marceline tour w/checkin at 7:45am. MK hours are 9am-8pm, ticketed events are 7:45am - 9am. I will have an ECV. Will we be able to catch a bus early enough to get us to park, thru security, etc? Advise?

    Hi Cheryl,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! I’m actually hoping to do the Marceline to Magic Kingdom Tour one of these days - I’ve heard such wonderful things about it.

The good news is that Walt Disney World Bus Service typically starts quite early in the morning to allow Guests to get to their early morning breakfast dining reservations, other tours and early morning events to start their Disney Day.

What I would recommend for you and your family: ask the Lobby Concierge at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter what the early morning transportation schedule will be on the day that you want to visit Magic Kingdom Park. They’ll be happy to help you out and might even be able to give you the precise time that the first bus will be leaving your Resort in order to make it to your tour on time.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
