We are staying at Port Orleans in Feb 2019. I read that there is a $19 charge for overnight parking. As a annual passholder we get free parking for the parks. Any chance the resorts are covered for annual passholders?

    Hi Lee,

You're less than one month away from your next Disney vacation! SO exciting! Beginning 30 days before our trips, my family loves to decorate a paper chain with drawings of all of the experiences that we'll enjoy together at the Walt Disney World Resort and we tear off a link each day, counting down the days to all of the magic and fun. I hope that your anticipation for your trip only continues to grow!

I'm really excited to hear that you'll be staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort. Will you be at Riverside or French Quarter? They're both peacefully nestled along the banks of the Sassagoula River and are wonderful in their own ways. Riverside offers the perfect mix of a tranquil retreat and fun recreational opportunities, while the charm of French Quarter and it's intimate setting transports you right to New Orleans - Mickey-shaped Beignets and all! You'll love your stay at either of them!

You're exactly right, Lee. While Annual Passholders do enjoy complimentary parking at all of the theme parks as one of the many perks of being part of the Annual Passholder family, all Disney Resort hotel guests (except for Disney Vacation Club members who have booked their room through their membership) are subject to the overnight Resort hotel self-parking fee. It will simply be added to your room charges for you, so you won't need to worry about paying it each day.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and please feel free to come back and see us again as you have more questions. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
