Hi, Sharon!
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is such a beautiful, tranquil place to stay when visiting Walt Disney World. I think you are really going to enjoy your stay at this charming resort hotel. It's so great that you are looking into all of your transportation options prior to your trip. Figuring out all of those logistics before your vacation lets you just relax and enjoy the experience once you arrive at Walt Disney World.
Sharon, I would first recommend that you check the Walt Disney World website to see what time Epcot opens on the morning of your breakfast reservation at
Cape May Cafe. If Epcot happens to open early for Extra Magic Hours that day, then you could take the bus from your resort hotel to Epcot. You would then need to walk through Epcot to the International Gateway in World Showcase. Once you exit the park through the International Gateway, Disney's Beach Club Resort is just a quick walk away. Of course, this option would also require park admission to Epcot.
However, if your breakfast falls on a day where Epcot does not open until 9:00 a.m., or if you do not wish to use a park ticket to enter Epcot that day, you will not be able to utilize the complimentary bus transportation system. If this is the case, I would recommend that you look into the
Minnie Van Service. You can request and pay for a Minnie Van from your phone, using the Lyft app. Each Minnie Van can accommodate up to six guests and comes equipped with two car seats. It's such a convenient way to travel around the Walt Disney World Resort.
See ya real soon!
