    We will be staying at PO-Riverside My 14mos old is allergic to all dairy including the nonfat milk in breads, granola bars, etc. She can also only tolerate limited amounts of soy.Are there ingredient/allergen menus available at any restaurants?

    Hi, Michelle!   Disney is really helpful with food allergies.   The best thing you can do is speak directly to the right people who can help you!   Click HERE to read about Special Dietary Requests.   You can also call (407)WDW-DINE and ask to speak to somebody about your daughters needs, or send an email to SpecialDiets@disneyworld.com.

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home.
