Hey, Veronica!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Getting from one place to another is what Tiggers like me love to figure out. Here are suggestions how to travel to
Disney's BoardWalk Area for some great entertainment and fun.
Since there is no direct Resort hotel to Resort hotel transportation option between major areas the best complimentary way, is to take transportation to the nearest theme park. Take the
Walt Disney World Bus Service from Disney's Port Orleans-Riverside to Disney's Hollywood Studios. From there you may use the easy walking path (Epcot Resort-Hollywood Studios Connector) over to the Epcot Resort Area. Crescent Lake will be on your left-hand side. This will take you to the back side of Disney's BoardWalk Inn. You can either cut through Disney's BoardWalk Inn to start in the middle of Disney's BoardWalk or continue along the path to the most western portion at Atlantic Dance Hall. Total time will be about 45-60 minutes but could take 90 depending on the buses and crowds.
You could also travel directly by using a taxi/Uber/Lyft. Prices vary on these services but should run you around $10.00-15.00. This will be the easiest and quickest (about 12 minutes) if you get dropped off at
Disney's BoardWalk Inn.
Disney Dad Tip: One of the best features from the
My Disney Experience mobile app is the "Get Directions" feature. Enter any two Walt Disney World Resort destinations and turn-by-turn instructions will be available using Disney transportation.
Veronica, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
