Staying at POR in Sept. I would love to decorate my resort door and window for my families special celebrations...ie Birthday/Retirement/1st Visit.. Is that allowed? Thanks for all your wonderful responses!!

    Hello Shannon,

I know the Disney Florist Dream Makers do a phenomenal job decorating Resort rooms and doors. But I didn't know what the policy was on Guests dressing up their doors on their own. So I called and checked - and in true Disney fashion...it's always a celebration! Once you are checked into your Resort room, you are absolutely able to decorate for your family. Just make sure your decorations aren't too obtrusive and aren't causing a hazard to any passerby's in the hallway. So go ahead and create a magical gateway into your room for your family!

    Hope this helps!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
