We are going to be staying at POR in a Royal Room in May 2012 with 6 and 8 year olds. Has anyone stayed in a Royal Room yet and is it all that I'm hoping that it's going to be? First trip ever for our daughters (and mine since I was 7). Can't wait!

Hi Catherine, Welcome to the Moms Panel! I think I speak for all the Moms and Dads when I say that we have yet to experience the new Royal Guest Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort. The rooms are scheduled to open in late spring but you can still make reservations. I'm sure you're going to love your stay in the new Royal Guest Rooms.
