    Hi. We will be staying at POR in mid-Aug. on the free dining plan. I don't want to use all of the snacks on water. Are refillable mugs still available for purchase and if yes, can they only be filled with soft drinks. I have 3 young children.

    Yes, you can still purchase refillable mugs.  They can be filled with coffee, iced/hot tea, soda, and hot chocolate.  And, of course, you can fill them with as much ice and water as you desire!  At Port Orleans Riverside, there are water fountains at the beverage stations.
