    Hi there! We are staying at POR and we were looking at the boat transportation options. Was wondering if you are able to take the boat from Riverside to Saratoga Springs ? Thanks

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. In just over two weeks, you’ll be on your way to experience the Sassagoula River, Disney style!

    Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is a beautiful lush property and one of my ultimate favorite places to stay. There is something so quaint and serene about this property. I love the dining options and enjoy taking a stroll down the Bayou to Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter.

    One of the most unique features of this Resort hotel is the man-made, recreated Sassagoula River that winds through beautiful wooded space past Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa to Disney Springs.  If you are looking for a relaxing and serene ride, then hop on board the complimentary water taxi, where you will enjoy beautiful views and a leisurely ride. While the water taxi will take you past Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, it doesn’t make a stop there on its way to or from Disney Springs. You could consider transferring water taxi’s at Disney Springs to get to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa; however, you would then have to take the water taxi back to Disney Springs and transfer again to get back to your Resort hotel.

    I hope that you enjoy this Resort hotel and the amenities as much as I do! If you are able to head over to Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, make sure to try my favorite snack, the beignets!
