We are staying @ PO-R June 2-7 w hubby and 3 kids, ages 12, 7 (turning 8 on vaca), and 3 (turning 4 on vaca). I want to stay near the main building d/t youngest. I have a list of buildings from a previous post, but wonder when/how soon can request them?

Hi Jennifer! If it is possible at the time you book your resort reservation, this is the ideal time to make a room location request or a specific room request. You will also have the opportunity to make limited reservation requests at the time of online check-in. Alternatively, you could make requests at the time of check-in on site. Of course, the later you make the request, the more difficult it may be to accommodate the request. However, the Cast Members do their best to honor requests. Once you have an idea of any needed or desired requests, you should call reservations and make the request.
