Staying at POR 11/18, would like to go to FW and see all the trailers that will be decorated at night for the holiday season. Can we rent a golf cart for the day? What is the latest to have it, we will need to go back to our resort that night?

    Hello Judy,
I'm so pleased to know you've a magical stay this coming November at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside to look forward to; I absolutely adore this charming Southern States inspired Resort.
You'll be making a great choice by visiting Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground in November to enjoy all the Guest RVs and trailers decorated with pretty lights and seasonal adornments for the Holiday season, it truly is a sight worth seeing and one my family never misses!
You'll be pleased to know that Guests aged 18 years old and over (with a valid drivers licence) can arrange Golf Cart Rental at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort up to 1 year in advance of arrival and any un-reserved carts are available on a 1st come, 1st served basis.  Golf carts are available for pick-up from the Reception Outpost from 1pm and should be returned before 11am on the scheduled return date.
I believe the very best way to return to your Disney Resort at the end of your visit would be via the complimentary Resort Transportation because at present golf cart rentals are not permitted to leave Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground; for your added information you may also wish to check out this helpful PDF - Vehicles, Carts and Recreational Devices - Rules and Regulations
    Have a great Disney day.
