    Hi! We are staying at POR. We have dinner scheduled for 5:05 P.M. at Sanaa. We will have a car and plan on driving to Kidani. How much time should we allow to get from POR to Kidani?

    Hi Diane! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I have never dined at Sanaa but it is on my next “must do” list. I have heard nothing but phenomenal reviews of this restaurant.

    Having your own car will cut down on travel time; however you still should allow ample time to get to your dining reservation. It is recommended that you arrive to any of your dining reservations approximately 15-30 minutes before your reservation time. It is approximately 7-8 miles from Disney’s Port Orleans Resort to Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village. I would estimate that it would take approximately 15-20 minutes without traffic to drive to this area. If I was driving I would allow at a minimum 45 minutes to one hour to make the drive, park, and check-in. Please keep in mind if you are traveling during a busy time of year or special event such as a marathon to allow for extra travel time. It is always recommended to allow 60-90 minutes for transportation time whenever you are traveling within the Walt Disney World Resort.
