Staying at POR for 10 days in June. Can you describe the pool slide for me? How many twists and turns? I can't find a picture that includes the slide. Thanks for answering my crazy question!!

    Hi Jaynee,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and Thanks for sending me your question directly!  Your question is so much fun, it makes me even more excited to visit Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside next week!  My family and I have spent several Walt Disney World Resort Vacations at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, and absolutely love Ol' Man Island!  The water slide is fun for all ages, it isn't too crazy, but it is pretty fast.  It has three turns down to the end.  The first turn is sharp, and the last two are a little more smooth.  Here is where my craziness comes in - if you google water slide at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, there is actually a video on YouTube taken by a travel agency which should help you get a better feel for the water slide.

I hope you have a magical time at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside next June.  Please feel free to send me any other questions you may think of leading up to your vacation.  I would be happy to help!
