    We are staying at POR, is there any chance to ask forward for a room in the mansions section or do we have to ask it just when we check in?Thanks, Alicia

    Hi Alicia,

    Actually, it's a good idea to add any room requests at the time you make your reservation.  The information will carry forward to the cast members at the front desk of the resort you are staying at.  If you feel strongly about your request, you may want to phone the resort a couple days prior to your arrival, however, I have found this really isn't necessary.

    Also, in case you haven't heard, Disney has announced some exciting news for 2009!  At some point (and we aren't sure exactly when), you will be able to use Disney's Online Check-In service.   Guests will be able to confirm their reservation, add room requests and enter information about special occasions they are celebrating beginning 10 days prior to their arrival.
