We are staying at POR and have an ADR at Chef Mickey our first night. I'm going to pre order PP+ and would like to pickup our cards before we go do dinner. What is the easiest route to do this since we will just be staying at the resort until dinner?

    Hi, Julie!

I just love that you're starting off your magical vacation with a dinner reservation at Chef Mickey's! I just think it's a fantastic plan to see The Big Cheese himself when you first arrive at Walt Disney World! You'll be real happy that you pre-ordered Disney's PhotoPass+ because you'll save some money on that as well as having digital downloads of the fabulous pictures you have taken during your trip.

When you arrive at Walt Disney World, you'll need to exchange your Disney's PhotoPass+ Voucher for the PhotoPass+ card and lanyard at any of the Disney PhotoPass Sales Centers. The Disney PhotoPass Sales Centers are located at Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Team Mickey at Downtown Disney. If you're not going to visit one of the Theme Parks on your first day, I would recommend taking a bus from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside to Downtown Disney where you can stop by Team Mickey and pick up your card and lanyard. Afterwards, the easiest thing to do would be take a bus from Downtown Disney directly to Disney's Contemporary Resort for your Chef Mickey's reservation.

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question, Julie! Please don't hesitate to send in any other questions you have as you're planning your vacation!

    Have a Pixie Dusted day!
