    We are staying at POR. Will we also be able to use the pool at POFQ? If yes, how can we get there? We will not have a car. Thank you!

    Hello Eileen! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    My family had a wonderful stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside when we stayed in one of the Royal Rooms in Magnolia Bend.

    Specifically, I vied for a corner room in the Oak Manor building of Magnolia Bend.  My decision was taking into consideration the location of Oak Manor not only in regard to the recreation, dining options and amenities at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside but also due to it's proximity to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.

    The 2 Disney Port Orleans Resorts are considered sister resorts.  Guests staying in Riverside are welcome to enjoy all that French Quarter has to offer, including the Mardi-Gras themed pool and children's splash play area.

    When my family visited Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, we would load up our double stroller and take the walkway connecting the 2 Resorts. It is about a 7 minute, picturesque stroll along the Sassagoula River between the Resorts.

    There is also an internal shuttle that transported guests around the 4 Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside bus depots and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter main bus depot. This shuttle was to service Guests who wanted to navigate and explore all the 2 Resorts have to offer.

    You may also take the Ferryboat for Disney Springs down the Sassagoula river to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, however I recommend speaking with a Cast Member to ensure that the ferry will indeed be stopping at your destination before continuing to Disney Springs.

    Have a Good Ol' Time on the Bayou!
