We are staying at POP 1/27-2/4 and there are three families. The gal at Disney said they are "linked" rooms. Does that mean next to each other, or are there doors that connect the rooms? Thanks!!!

Wow you are just a couple weeks away from your great Walt Disney World vacation!

Linked rooms on a reservation mean that they have all three seperate reservations noted that you are traveling together. That often means the room assigner will try to keep you within a short distance of each other.  If you want to have rooms with connecting doors you will need to request that they be connecting. If you would like rooms next to each other but not with doors to each room you can request adjoining rooms.  It does get confusing with the terminology but if you feel you would like to request either of those options just fax the resort about a week in advance of your arrival.  Remember, Disney will do whatever they can to make your wishes come true but it is a large puzzle when assigning rooms and sometimes the pieces just don't fit.

Have fun and wish I was coming down soon for some Florida sun!
