    Staying @ POP resort 10/11/11 to 10/17/11, 1st timer but reading every question on this panel just to be prepared!. How crowded could the resort be in Oct? (booked Fall season right after Columbus) and how is the weather usually by then? Thank you

    I'm so happy to hear that you are enjoying the Moms Panel! You'll find a lot of answers to questions you didn't even know you had on here. :)

    You have picked one of my favorite times to visit Disney World. In fact, my family has chosen that same time for our vacation 3 different years. On each of our trips, the weather has been in the 80's and we've worn shorts every day. The crowds are light to moderate with very manageable lines.

    You'll want to make sure that you have made Advanced Dining Reservations for your trip. You can start booking those 180 days in advance by calling: 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).
