We are staying at POP in Nov and are considering doing "service your way" Will we still be able to get fixings for the coffee pot, towels, and soaps? When would I receive the gift card if not using mousekeeping?

    Welcome BACK, Kathryn!

We love it when our long-time friends come back to talk all things Disney with us. Your questions are not just helping to plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, but these answers can be found by future guests for years to come. So thank YOU for helping us help others too!

Service Your Way is still a relatively new offering at all of Disney's Value and Moderate Resort Hotels where guests now have the option to turn down daily Mousekeeping services for their total vacation in exchange for a Disney Gift Card. Those who opt-in are absolutely able to request additional amenities such as towels and coffee as needed by calling down to the Front Desk or by pressing the Housekeeping button on your in-room resort hotel phone.

In exchange for your total participation in this program, you'll receive $10 for every night of your stay minus one. (The minus one night counts for the big cleaning your room normally receives upon your check-out.) So a five-night stay would be $40, a two-night stay would be $10, etc. Guests who decide to participate will receive a Disney e-Gift Card in it's total amount as soon as you opt-in, which is done in person at the time you check-in at your Disney Resort Hotel. Guests who used Online Check-In can swing by the Front Desk of their Disney Resort Hotel within the first few hours of their arrival to opt-in. This gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the reservation holder, and has a bar code that can be scanned at almost every Disney Dining and Shopping location around all of Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope this helped, Kathryn, and We'll See You In November!
