Hi! We are staying at POP & want to meet up friends at the campground. We are arriving on SAT & thought that meeting up for dinner/campfire would be a great way to spend the night without using a ticket. Drive from POP or Bus to MK & Ferry?

    Hi Beth!

You have an incredible idea for the first evening of your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  If you have a vehicle, then driving directly to the Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground would be the quickest way from the Pop Century Resort (about 15 to 20 minutes).  If you want a more fun way to get there, then you could take a bus from the Pop Century Resort to the Magic Kingdom and then a boat from the Magic Kingdom to the Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  Once you get to the Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, you will have to take the internal bus to your friend's campsite.  This journey will take between 60 to 90 minutes or more.

I hope that your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
