Hello Kate!  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel and what a great question.  I can already hear the concern in your question as if you were directly speaking to me.  So, let us work on your question so that you have a wonderful stay at the Walt Disney World Resort.  First thing that I always loving telling guests is that since you are on vacation, let the folks at Walt Disney World do all the driving.  I am truly a fan of the WDW Bus Transportation System.  They have never let me down in all the years that my family and I have been going.  From every park and resort at WDW, you will find the buses available to all guests.  As you exit each park, just look for the bus information which will let you know which bus stop you and your family will need to wait at.  The resorts will have these stops labeled too.  I always allow at least 45 minutes of travel time for each destination.  I too am one, just like you, that likes to get there with time remaining and not rushing in at the last minute.  My husband would like to say 20 to 30 minutes, but not me!  I was not able to view all your message due to space, but you can also catch the monorail from MK to Epcot and back again.  Click here for some other ways to travel around WDW.  Again, I truly love the Bus Transportation System.  If you have any questions once you arrive, a cast member at your resort will find a way to put your mind at ease.  They always do!  I still "ask away" with every visit.
Please let me know if I can help with any other questions you may have.  Have a magical trip!
