We are staying at POP 5/30-6/6. We want to make the most of our first trip to DW. How do the EMH work? If it is in the evening, do we need to exit the park and then re-enter? DS are 2 & 5 and I'm thinking we may need to go back to POP for naps.

Hi, Debi!    If you are planning on taking advantage of the evening Extra Magic Hours, I think a mid-day nap for your 2 and 5 year olds is a great idea.   This will get everyone out of the sun for a few hours and you will be refreshed for your evening fun!

If you are staying at a Disney Resort and wish to participate in the Extra Magic Hours, you simply stay in the park!   You do not have to exit and re-enter, but you will be asked to show your Key to the World card for each member of your party over age 3.   Cast Members will usually ask to see your Resort ID when getting in line for attractions.

Enjoy your stay at Pop Century and Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
