    I am staying at the Pop Disney resort on July 10, 11, 12, I made my park reservations then, but when I logged in it is acting like I didn't make the reservations. Can you tell ?

    It sounds like Evil Emperor Zurg has a grip on your reservations! Luckily, you’ve got a friend in me! Let’s see what we can do to find your reservations! 

    Sometimes, reservations just disappear for a moment or two from your account (it’s happened to me plenty of times, and does not necessarily mean you have lost them for good). My first piece of advice would be to log out of your Disney World account completely, log back in, and you should see your reservations appear. 

    You can also check your My Disney Experience Mobile App to see if your reservations are showing up there!

    If you still cannot locate your reservations, Christine, you will want to call a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 for website support. They should be able to locate your reservations!
