    We are staying at Pop Century and was wondering if you could tell us about it. Also, which rooms are closer to the bus stops and food court.

         Thanks for asking me a question!  Pop Century Resort is my all time favorite Value Resort in Walt Disney World! I have stayed at the Pop Century Resort seven times since 2007.  Pop Century Resort definitely is a blast from the past with giant cultural icons and decade themed buildings (the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90"s).  The lobby even has items and memorabilia from each decade. The preferred rooms at Pop Century are the 60's section. All that a preferred room means is that it is in the section closest to the main building (Classic Hall) where the food court is located and it is closer to the bus transportation to the Parks. The next closest rooms to Classic Hall are in the 50's and 70's. The 80's and 90's sections are the farthest away from Classic Hall.  There are three pools at Pop Century, the Hippy Dippy Pool (in the shape of a flower) in the 60's section, a bowling pin shaped pool in the 50's section, and a laptop computer shaped pool in the 80's and 90's sections.  There is a 33 acre lake called Hourglass Lake on the backside of Pop Century (you can actually see some of the large fireworks from Epcot's Illuminations:Reflections of Earth from some of the Pop Century rooms that face Hourglass Lake).  Also you can walk across a short bridge to check out the new Art of Animation Resort and eat at the Landscape of Flavors (Art of Animation's Food Court).  I am sure that you will love staying at the Pop Century Resort!
