Hi. staying at pop century. Wondering if rooms have balcony? Also what is the daily towel situation? We have a family of five, so im thinking 2 towels each person a day for pool and shower is that to much to request?

    Hi Janette,

No, Pop Century does not have balconies. The upper rooms have a public walkway that is somewhat like a balcony which you can look over as you walk to your room.

In order to have 5 people in the room at Pop Century, I'm guessing one of your family members is under age 3. In this case, housekeeping will have the number of registered guests noted on your reservation and are supposed to leave an adequate amount of towels for you. They don't stock double for you, so what you'll need to do is bring the fresh towels that you have down to the pool with you. On your way down, I recommend calling housekeeping and tell them you'll need 5 more sent right up since you just brought the ones you have to the pool. That way they'll deliver them while you are swimming and the towels will be waiting when you get back to your room. The Value Resorts are the only ones without towels conveniently waiting at the pool.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
