    Staying at Pop Century in two weeks. First time without dining plan so we will not have refillable mugs. Are we still able to purchase fountain drinks or does the machine only work for mugs?

    My son and I love staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort and we have stayed there the most out of all of our Walt Disney World vacations! Yes, Guests are able to purchase fountain drinks without a Rapid Fill Mug (the paper cups have a RF ID chip on the bottom and will work with the soda machine). You can purchase a Rapid Fill Mug without a Disney Dining Plan and this may be a more economical option for you if you plan on getting a lot of drinks at Pop Century's Food court (Everything Pop Shopping and Dining). Typically a Rapid Fill Mug costs less than $20.00 for length of stay. Also Guests can use their Disney Rapid Fill Mug at any of the Walt Disney World Resorts as long as it is active (you can use it during the Walt Disney World vacation that you purchased it).  I hope your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!
