Hi Erik,
Welcome back to planDisney!
I love
Disney’s Pop Century Resort, there are so many fun themed areas and riding the
Disney Skyliner to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios is a plus!
Erik, you can totally ride the
complimentary water transportation service from
Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside and
Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter! If you prefer to use a paid option via a ride share company, you definitely can. My suggestion though would be to use the
complimentary Disney bus transportation instead (if you're not in a hurry to get to Disney Springs).
Once you’re ready, you’ll want to take any of the Disney buses to a Theme Park (
Magic Kingdom,
EPCOT,
Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or
Disney’s Animal Kingdom). Once you arrive at the Theme Park, head directly to the Disney bus transportation board to find the terminal number for either Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside and Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter. Just choose the Resort you’d like to see most and head to that terminal number! When the bus arrives, hop aboard, and once you arrive you should be able to follow signage that points you to where the boat transfers to Disney Springs are located. You can always ask a Cast Member as well. When the boat arrives, enjoy your ride over to
Disney Springs!
If you don’t want to do the above in reverse order when you leave Disney Springs, Hakuna Matata, just head to the Pop Century bus terminal at
Disney Springs to head back to your Resort!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your August vacation. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
