We are staying at pop Century and was thinking of staying at CBR. Is it worth the upgrade and what can you tell met about CBR? Thanks

I'd discourage you from jumping ship, Kelly. In fact, I prefer Pop Century over Caribbean Beach Resort so much that I'd tell you to jump ship if the situation were reversed.

I like the "newer-ness" of most of the Pop Century rooms over Caribbean Beach Resort. Pop Century costs less per night. When it comes to transportation, Pop Century has a single load and unload bus area. Caribbean Beach Resort does a loop with its busses with multiple loads and unloads. You can hoof it anywhere within the Pop Century resort. At Caribbean Beach, it's much more spread out and you often need transportation (bus) to get elsewhere within the resort. You begin to see the rhyme and reason why islands were selected for the theming.

The food courts are comparable, although Pop Century has the Tie Dye Cheesecake. The pirate pool at Caribbean Beach gets the edge with the guppies, and Caribbean Beach does boast an extra sink in the room.
