Pop Century Pool

We are staying at Pop Century this summer and will have children ages 5 and 9. What are the pool rules for pool noodles, inflatables, and pool toys? Thanks!

You’re in for a hippy dippy time during your summer vacation, Brian. Disney’s Pop Century Resort offers three pools, each boasting a unique theme.

As far as pool noodles, inflatables and other pool toys, Guests have been known to bring them along. In my experience, the fun has been allowed to go on uninterrupted unless any of those items cause a disruption for other Guests. The official property rules state that prohibited items include “Non Coast Guard approved flotation devices or swim noodles at any water park.” Because hotel pools within the Disney Resorts Collection are not mentioned, you’re probably safe to bring these types of items with the understanding that you may be asked to put them away if they become a problem. If it were me, I probably wouldn’t choose to bring anything larger than a standard inflatable beach ball.

I love that you’re planning ahead about these types of details, Brian. I hope all your planning results in an absolutely unforgettable trip for your family!
