We are staying at Pop Century soon. Which rooms should we request if we are staying in the standard room category or the preferred rooms? Believe it or not we are staying in standard one night and preferred about a week later. Thanks!

Hi Erin! Thanks for asking me this question! I'll be happy to help. Take a look at Disney's Pop Century Resort map here. For a standard view room, request an Hourglass Lake View room in Buildings 3, 4, 5, or 6. If you want a preferred room with easy access to the buses but minimal noise levels, I would recommend preferred rooms facing Classical Hall in either Building 4 or 5 in the 1960s complex. A second option would be rooms facing Classical Hall in Building 3 in the 1950s complex (3461-3472) and Building 6 in the 1970s complex (6401-6412). Generally speaking rooms in higher floors, away from the pool areas, tend to be less noisy, so I would up for a room on the fourth level. Please keep in mind that room requests are not guaranteed. However, Cast Members will try to accommodate your preferences based on resort occupancy and other factors taking place during your arrival time. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Have a memorable vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort!
