Staying at Pop Century this Sept is it better to have a perferred room? What are the benefts?

Hi, David!   The one word answer to your question is "Location."  Preferred rooms and standard rooms are the same in every way except for their location.   Preferred rooms will put you in a building closer to the food court and bus stop.   After a long day of walking in the parks, you might appreciate your room being close to the bus stop.

However, for us, we always have a car so a standard room suits my family better since we would rather be close to the parking lot.   Also, it is a bit quieter in the standard rooms since you are away from the center of it all!

Have fun on your WDW vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
