We are staying at Pop Century Resort on our next Disney World visit. We have have plans for a 8:10 AM reservation at the Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom! Would the buses be running early enough in order to make that reservation? Thank you so much!

    Hi Kady!
    Welcome to planDisney.

I love to start my day at the Magic Kingdom with breakfast at The Crystal Palace - where you'll be greeted at your table by Winnie-the-Pooh and friends - watch out for Tigger!! and give Eeyore a big hug from me.  It's a beautiful setting with delicious food.  Congratulations on securing such a sought-after reservation!

Disney Transport begins operating around 45 minutes prior to park opening.  You will see the park hours on this calendar once you are within 60 days of your dining reservation date.  Going by your arrival date - the park opens on that day at 8.30am for Disney Resort guests, so it's likely the buses will be arriving at Disney's Pop Century Resort around 7.45am.  The drive takes around 10-15 minutes and the buses will drop you close to the Magic Kingdom entrance.

My suggestion is that you wait at your bus stop by at least 7.30am to ensure you can board the first bus. Get there even earlier if you can manage it!

Once you are at the park, head for the entrance signposted for guests with early reservations, and you'll be admitted in good time for your breakfast.

At the end of your day, buses return to your hotel for approximately an hour after park closing.

Please come back visit us if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
