Hello! We are staying at the Pop Century resort in 5 days (our first time at Disney) and was wondering how the pillows are? Is it recommended to bring our own?

Hello Tina!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Far Out, Tina!  You'll be staying at one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotels during your first visit to the "House of Mouse" when you stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort.

Not only will you be able to enjoy all of the benefits of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel during your stay, but the dedicated buses for Complimentary Resort Transportation and close proximity to Disney's Art of Animation Resort make Disney's Pop Century my favorite Value Resort on property and 1 of my top 3 favorite resorts in all of Walt Disney World Resort.

I would describe the pillows in the rooms at Disney's Pop Century Resort as soft and large.  Your head really sinks into them but only 1 under my head provided enough support for a comfortable night's sleep.  If you prefer your pillows hard and/or thinner, then you may wish to contact Guests Services at Disney's Pop Century Resort by calling (407)939- 4000 to inquire if they will be able to accommodate your needs (pillow-wise) or bring your own from home.

In addition, I bring a pillow cover for each of my family members from home due to allergy concerns.  In my experience, the rooms are always clean and well-maintained, but when traveling you have to do what makes you most comfortable.

You may also make a special request for your room when you Check-in Online for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation through your My Disney Experience Account up to 60 days in advance.

    Have a Groovy Vacation!
