    Will be staying at Pop Century and want to do Pirates and Pals fireworks cruise which lets you off at Contemporary resort after. Is there any buses at that time to get to MK or Pop? I would guess it would be around 10 pm or so once the cruise is done.

    I checked the calendar for the time you are visiting Walt Disney World and you're in luck! The Magic Kingdom Park is either open until at least 10 PM, or hosting Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party which lasts until midnight. After the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage is over, you can either walk from Disney's Contemporary Resort to the Magic Kingdom Park or hop on the monorail. Once at the Magic Kingdom Park you can catch a bus back to Disney's Pop Century Resort.
