Staying at Pop Century for one night and then switching to Animal Kingdom Lodge for an upcoming trip. Can we have our luggage transferred or will we need to do that ourselves? I wasn't sure how that would work with the current health restrictions.

    Hi Lisa,

Thank you for stopping by with your question!  During these unprecedented times it is always a good idea to check with current procedures before your trip.  One of the best places I have found to keep up to date with the latest information (and my daily dose of Magic) is the Disney Parks Blog.  Another useful resource before heading out for your Magical holiday at Walt Disney World is this link for Returning to a World of Magic.

The current procedures for assistance with transportation of luggage between Walt Disney World Resort Hotels include modified assistance of bell services.  When you are ready to leave your first Disney Resort hotel, simply call bell services or stop by their main Resort location and drop off your luggage   Once you are at your new Resort hotel you may call bell services and request delivery or stop by and retrieve it yourself after you check in.  At the present they are unable to deliver luggage to your room without your presence and will not be able to escort you to your room.

We appreciate you stopping by with your question and please reach out to us if you have any further vacation planning questions.  We are Disney Guests and lovers of all things Disney, just like you, and we are always happy to help!
