We'll be staying at Pop Century in October & we want to have breakfast most days in the hotel room but I don't eat grains so I normally eat hard boiled eggs & avocados. Is there a coffee maker or microwave so I can boil the eggs? Only 176 more day

Melissa,  the Pop Century is my all time favorite value resort. We have stayed there many times and I consider it my family’s home resort. I eat a Paleo diet, which is a grain-free lifestyle. I find it extremely important to keep eating this way, even when on vacation, so that I feel my best while adventuring around the parks with my family. We purchase the Disney Dining Plan and use those credits for lunch and dinner, so I do eat breakfast in our rooms before heading out for a day in the parks.
The value resorts do not have coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms, but do have a mini-fridge in each room. Here is my grain-free plan of attack. I order items from gardengrocer.com to have delivered to the Pop Century. I purchase bottled water, nuts, fruit, vegetables, hard boiled eggs, and grain-free granola bars. If the groceries are delivered before you arrival, bell services will keep the items and will refrigerate the items that need to stay cool. We have been doing this for several years and have never had a problem.
    Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
