We are staying at Pop Century in November. My family has three separate room reservations to accommodate everyone. How can I make sure that all of our rooms will be together? We've made the same 2 requests when we did the on-line check-in.

    Hey Jennifer-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It’s not a vacation unless everyone can be together. We have stayed many times at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and have never had a problem getting connecting rooms.

Try these three steps to help get connecting or adjoining rooms. First is to request online, which you have done. The second is contact a Cast Member at 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639) to verify the request two days before your check-in date. The last occurs when checking in to see if they will fulfill your request. The difference between adjoining and connecting rooms is that adjoining are next to each other but have no common door between them. Connecting rooms have a door between the two rooms. This request is fulfilled based on availability but they will do their best to make sure everyone is near each other.

Disney Dad Tip: There is a sidewalk around Hourglass Lake with signs posting interesting facts about special events that happened in the 1950s - 1990s. If you have time, stroll over Generations Gap bridge to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort for even more magic.

Jennifer, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
