Hi! We'll be staying at the Pop Century next April. We are paying for a preferred room to be close to transportation. What building & specific area of that bldg would you recommend that is close AND quiet? Also, would a ground level room be more noi

    Hi, Nancy!

Well, if you want to be close to everything, it will be a bit noisier due to foot traffic.  The preferred rooms at Pop Century will put you in the 60's section of the resort, which is by the main pool, the food court, bus stop, and lobby.  However, if you request a higher level room, it should be quieter.  You may also want to request a non-pool facing view as there is noise and splashing at the Hippy Dippy Pool.   Have a note on your reservation that you prefer an out of the way room, but remember that the more away you are from noise, the longer walk to the bus area.  HERE is a map to give you some idea of how the resort is organzied, so perhaps you can request a room facing Hourglass Lake in the 60's section.  Remember that all requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed.

Enjoy your stay at this awesome resort!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
