I am staying at the Pop Century June 16 - 23 and receive the free refillable mug with my dining plan. I would like to know a brief description of what it looks like. Does it have a lid and can we use it to fill with water at the parks?

    Hi Julie!

    This is a great question!

The refillable mug is basically like a small travel mug that you can pick up in a local store, but of course it is decorated with Disney characters!  It can be used to hold hot and cold drinks and it does come with a lid.  The lid has a whole that can be opened and closed to drink out of or you can also put a straw in it.  It is very versatile!

You can use the refillable mug with the water fountains at the theme parks.  However, a better option would be to just ask for a cup of ice water at any Quick Service location.  There is no charge for that and I think having ice helps.  You can always then just poor the ice water into your mug!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
