I will be staying at Pop Century in June. We have breakfast reservations at 8:50 for Ohanas. What is the best way to get there and how long should I allow?

    Hi there, Nancy!

The Disney transportation system makes it easy for Guests to get from place to place all around the Walt Disney World Resort, even for early breakfast reservations. The buses do not travel between Resort hotels, however.

What you'll want to do is to hop on a bus to Magic Kingdom Park. Once you arrive there, you can either take a boat across to Disney's Polynesian Resort or you can ride the monorail over. My family just loves to use all of the Disney transportation while we're visiting!

I recommend allowing 90-minutes for your travel time because you may have to wait for transportation to arrive and I wouldn't want you to be late for your breakfast reservation. You'll also want to allow time to walk from the Magic Kingdom bus stop to the monorail station or boat launch and over to the restaurant once you arrive at the Polynesian. My family enjoyed breakfast at 'Ohana for the first time last year and it was just fantastic! Say "hi" to Mickey for us!

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel, Nancy! Please don't hesitate to write in again if we can help with anything else!

Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
