We will be staying at Pop Century 8/14-8/22 and I have an infant still taking bottles, since we have a standard room I 'm going to have to wash her bottles in the bathroom sink, will the resort provide dish soap or do I need to bring my own?

Hi Heather! To be on the safe side, I would go ahead and bring my own soap. There is an Everything Pop Shop that sells a number of basic items, but I don't recall seeing dish washing soap or liquid. Best Regards!
