We are staying at the pop century hotel with infants. Does the hotel provide cribs or bassinets? Also, I heard all the Disney related travel and shuttle to and from airport, hotels and parks is buses. Is that true, and do we need bring carseats?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Leslie. I'm so glad you stopped by with these great questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

You're going to love Disney's Pop Century Resort. The newly renovated rooms and larger-than-life nods to popular culture throughout the resort make this one of my favorite Disney Resort hotels!

As a mom of three, I know that traveling with little ones in tow requires some additional packing. I'm pleased to tell you that you won't need to pack beds for your infants! All Disney Resort hotels offer complimentary cribs upon request. Most of the complimentary cribs are actually standard-sized Pack 'n Play playards, but larger cribs may be available. You may request cribs when you check-in, but because availability is limited, I recommend having the request added to your existing reservation. Simply call (407) 939-1936 and a Cast Member will be happy to make that note for you!

One of my favorite benefits of staying at a Disney Resort hotel is the complimentary transportation! I love that I can rely on Disney's transportation to get my family quickly and safely around the Walt Disney World Resort. If you're flying in and/or out of Orlando International Airport, you'll use Disney's Magical Express, a complimentary motorcoach service. As a Guest of Disney's Pop Century Resort, you'll use bus transportation to and from the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. You won't need car seats to utilize the motorcoaches or buses. In fact, car seats aren't permitted! Car seats can't be properly secured on the motorcoaches or buses, so the safest place for your little ones is on your lap. Should you use monorail or boat transportation at some point during your stay, know that you won't need a car seat then either. If you use Disney's Minnie Van Service, two versatile car seats are provided!

Did you know there's a conveniently located Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? The Baby Care Center is the perfect place to take your infants for a quiet diaper change or feeding!

Please let me know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Leslie. I'd love to help you plan a magical stay!
