We are staying at Pop Century Hotel. What would be the easiest and quickest way to get to Magic Kingdom as well as Epcot? Do you recommend to take a shuttle or to drive our own car to MK? Do you recommend to take a Sklyliner to Epcot?

    Hey there, Akiko!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for dropping by with a far-out Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm thrilled to hear your groovy stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort is almost here! It sounds like you're working out your totally awesome transportation options to the theme parks ahead of your arrival. I'd be happy to help you plan for a trip that's the bee's knees.

Akiko, at Disney's Pop Century Resort, you'll take a trip down memory lane, reminiscing on the pop culture of the 50s through the 90s. As an ultra-nostalgic person myself, this is my favorite Value Resort hotel to stay at on Walt Disney World Resort property! The greatness of this Disney Resort hotel is amplified by the fact that it's conveniently located on the Disney Skyliner route. This option will offer you the fastest way to reach EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios, whereas bus transportation will be your best bet for getting to Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park!

I, too, enjoy having a rental vehicle on property when I stay at a Disney Resort hotel, Akiko. I usually opt to drive and park a vehicle at each theme park and Disney Springs, because, after all, parking is free for Resort hotel Guests! However, Magic Kingdom Park is the one location to which I'd rather rely on bus transportation. That's because while personal vehicles must be parked at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC), the buses can drop you off right at the entrance to Magic Kingdom Park!

Akiko, I hope you've found these suggestions helpful as you prepare for a wicked time at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional questions before or during your stay, you're always welcome to pop back by planDisney again! We're all ears.

    See ya real soon,
