I love that you are sticking to your fitness goals while on vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort!
While you don't have close access to a gym, you do have some other great options at
Disney's Pop Century Resort so you can still get some quality workouts in while you are on vacation.
There are three pools available. The Bowling Pool is shaped like a bowling pin and might be great for swimming laps.
There is also a 1.1 mile jogging trail around Hourglass Lake. You might enjoy a walk, jog, or run and add in some bodyweight exercises. Depending on what your typical fitness plan is; squats, push ups, planks, etc. might be perfect. As an added bonus, you get to do all of this in a magical setting.
