    We are staying at the pop century (with family) & dolphin &Swan ( for a convention). Do we have to get different magic bands?

    Hello there Shelley! I’m so happy to see that your Wayfinding has led you to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You must be getting so excited for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. 

    Disney’s Pop Century Resort is such a great place to stay. The theme is perfect and I can never stay here without at least one slice of the Tie-dye Cheesecake from Everything POP Shopping & Dining! Don’t forget as a Disney’s Pop Century Resort Guest, you have a Disney Skyliner boarding station right outside of your resort! It’s the perfect LIFT to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the International Gateway at Epcot. After your stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, your transition over to Walt Disney World Swan and Hotel and Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel will be a splash.

    As long as your MagicBands are already connected and linked to you and your family, through your My Disney Experience Account, you won’t need to get new ones. MagicBands are able to be used for approximately 2-5 years before a new one is needed. Recently, I used my MagicBand I received from staying at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter at Disney’s Riviera Resort during my split stay, and it worked out perfectly! I actually have 5 different colored MagicBands linked to me on my My Disney Experience Account. What can I say? I like my accessories to match!
