    We are staying at Pop Century before our 7day eastern carribean cruise. We booked Disney transportation to Port Canaveral. At what tiimewill our pick-up b?. Is there a way to ensure or request an early pick-up

    How fun! A Land and Sea vacation is the best. We love to plan a short park visit on either end of of our Disney Cruise vacations, it really makes the trip all that more magical

    You'll love your stay at Pop Century Resort - my daughter's favorite thing about Pop Century is the tie-dyed cheesecake served in the Everything Pop Food Court!

    I'm happy to hear you'll be using Disney Cruise Line transportation to get to Port Canaveral. On the night before your sailing, you'll receive a letter in your resort room with details about your ground transfers. The Bell Services Team at your resort will begin luggage pick-up around 8:00 am on the morning you depart. Simply tag your bags with the DCL luggage tags (provided) and leave them right inside the door of your room. Your bags will be collected from the room - no need to drag your luggage all the way to the bus! The letter will tell you when and where to meet on the morning of your cruise, and your motorcoach departure time. (Usually late morning, since you can't check in at the port before 11:00am.) There is no way to request a specific time for pickup (or early pickup), as DCL Transportation schedules pickups based on the number of guests heading to the port from each resort.
