We are staying at Pop Century and have a breakfast reservation at the Boardwalk at 745am. I really don't want to use the transportation system because it says to give 1.5hrs to get to your destination. Could we drive to Boardwalk and park there?

Hi Ronnie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I completely understand not wanting to utilize the complimentary Walt Disney World Resort transportation for this reservation, especially knowing that you would have to take a bus SUPER early from Disney's Pop Century Resort, to a theme park or Disney Springs, then transfer to Disney's BoardWalk Inn. It's doable, but that sure is a lot to think about that early in the A.M.!

On my last visit, I did the same thing with my family. We had an early breakfast reservation at Trattoria al Forno, but we were staying at another Disney Resort hotel. We drove to Disney's BoardWalk Inn and checked in with the Cast Member at the entrance of the parking lot. We simply explained we had a dining reservation, he scanned our MagicBand, which brought up our reservation, and let us right in. Very easy!

You are allowed to park at a resort hotel for a dining reservation up to three hours at no cost. Knowing this, we finished our meal and did a little shopping at the stores on Disney's BoardWalk before returning to our car and heading to the next fun activity for the day.

Enjoy your trip, Ronnie, and please visit us again with any other questions you may have!
