We will be staying at Pop Century and attending the Christmas party starting at 4. Can you suggest where to eat before going to the park that is convenient going from our hotel to the park? There are 2 adults 2 kids 4 years old.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Anne!

What a spectacular evening you have planned for your upcoming trip! I love everything about your question. I recently stayed in the newly renovated rooms at Disney's Pop Century Resort and was so impressed. I think you're really going to enjoy your accommodations. The new queen-size beds they installed are wonderfully comfortable. The guest rooms have a chic new design, too.

If you're looking for a very convenient quick-service meal before you attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, walk across the Generation Gap Bridge from Disney's Pop Century Resort to Disney's Art of Animation Resort. There you'll find the Landscape of Flavors food court. They have so many wonderful options. I'm particularly fond of their imaginative sandwiches. The Surf and Surf Burger is my favorite. After dining at Landscape of Flavors, you can board the complimentary Disney bus to Magic Kingdom Park right in front of Disney's Art of Animation Resort.

However, if you want to put yourself in the perfect holiday mood, I'd suggest a meal at Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge before the party. You'll get to see the most beautiful Christmas tree on property in their lobby while you dine. This restaurant is a short bus trip from Magic Kingdom Park and totally worth the ride.

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
    Jill
